Locations: Brighton, East Sussex
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission (10–25%)
Employment Type: Full-time, hybrid working 2-4 days in the office (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)

Are you a seasoned recruitment professional with a passion for the construction industry? We are seeking a dynamic 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding teams in Brighton. This role offers the opportunity to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on both blue‑collar and white‑collar roles within the construction sector.

• Client Acquisition & Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with construction companies, identifying new business opportunities and managing existing accounts.
• Candidate Sourcing & Placement: Utilize various sourcing methods to attract high‑quality candidates, conduct thorough interviews, and match candidates to suitable roles.
• Business Development: Proactively seek out new clients and projects, attending site visits and industry events to expand your network.
• Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.

• Experience: Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, specifically within the construction industry.
• Industry Knowledge: In‑depth understanding of both blue‑collar (e.g., labourers, tradespeople) and white‑collar (e.g., site managers, quantity surveyors) roles in construction.
• Skills: Strong business development abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
• Qualifications: A valid UK driving licence is essential due to the need for site visits.
