Facilities Manager; FTC

Facilities Manager (12 month FTC), Brighton, West Sussex £55k plus £5k car allowance

Our client, a leading provider of facilities management services is recruiting a facilities manager on 12 month contract, to oversee the delivery of hard and soft FM services at their client's offices in Brighton, East Sussex, accommodating approx. 1000 staff.

Candidate will ideally have minimum 3-5 years experience at FM level and will have worked for an FM Services Company on a 5 corporate 'Total FM' account - managing a directly employed site based team as well as contractors for specialist services.

Candidates would also benefit from project management experience.

We are looking for an FM who is available to start at short notice and who lives within 45 mins of Brighton.
