As we support major energy and infrastructure projects, we are seeking an experienced EIA Coordinator at a senior level or senior associate.

• Support the planning and delivery of energy and infrastructure projects, advising clients throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage EIA screening and scoping processes, and prepare Environmental Statements, reviewing technical input and other environmental and planning‑related reports.
• Lead environmental teams, overseeing Environmental Impact Assessments and the preparation of environmental and planning‑related reports.
• Work with senior members of our leadership team to develop client relationships and support the development of more junior team members.
• Contribute to single and multi‑disciplinary proposal bids and the financial management of project work.
• Support the delivery of a broad range of environmental planning work streams, delivering integrated environmental services.

• Strong environmental planning experience (EIA), preferably within the energy sector, and be either chartered or working towards chartership.
• Broad understanding of environmental issues and disciplines, working knowledge of different consenting regimes and development management procedures (Town and Country Planning, Planning Act, Hybrid Bill, etc). DCO experience is a plus.
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams, track record in financial management of projects and excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to manage and mentor others; competency and flexibility to meet role demands.
