Block Manager – Brighton – £40-£45k

This client is looking for an experienced Block Manager to manage a portfolio of leasehold residential properties. You will report to the Senior Block Manager and provide exemplary customer service. If you are forward‑thinking, reliable and self‑motivated, this is the role for you.

• Full day‑to‑day management of a portfolio consisting of 54 blocks and 371 units
• Setting and managing service charge budgets, expenditure, and year‑end accounts
• Managing Section 20 consultations and major works projects
• Conducting regular site visits and ensuring H&S compliance across all sites (pool car available)
• Liaising effectively with leaseholders, clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensuring timely response and proactive resolution of maintenance and compliance matters

• Experienced in long leasehold block management (1+ years), with a good understanding of current legislation affecting residential property management.
• Knowledge of residential leases, statutory compliance issues and CDM regulations.
• Experience of budget management, financial control and delivery of cost efficiencies.
• Working knowledge of building management, systems maintenance and repair projects.

• Salary between £40,000 and £45,000
