The new year has started well with this respected private developer who were set up 90 years ago who are looking to grow the South West region. They recent achieved a 5 star rating for customer satisfaction as they continue to build high quality family homes.
This exciting role will see you being the link with the design and on 'site team' ensuring all technical matters are dealt with in an effective manner. You will manage all the external consultants drawing information attend meetings on site.
In order to be successful you will need to show experience working within a house builder or consultancy and hold a sound knowledge of the building regs and NHBC standards. You will have an HNC (as a minimum) within a related discipline and hold a full UK driving licence.
You can look forward to 26 days holiday along with your birthday as holiday along with a yearly bonus, car allowance and a good healthcare plan. They have a good record of promoting people within the ranks.
