Recruitment Consultant

Hiregiant South West have an exciting opportunity, for a Recruitment Consultant to join the friendly team in Aztec West, Bristol. We specialize in staffing the transport and logistics sector, working with a variety of long-standing clients across Bristol and the South West. However, the possibilities and endless as we are a rapidly expanding business.

You will be working alongside the business owners, with 18 years recruitment experience and a wealth of knowledge, championing you to develop your career. This isnt just another recruitment role, we are looking to invest and progress an individual all the way up to senior management. Hours and Pay £27,000 basic  uncapped commission, OTE £32,000 in year one! We work Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 with an hour for lunch.

The role Matching the best individual to the clients job vacancy. Maintaining and building client relationships. Sourcing candidates from CV databases, social media and our own archive. Producing job adverts and processing applications. Liaising with applicants, checking for feedback and overseeing any queries. You will be required to work on call, however the phone is equally shared between the team.

Being organised, using the system to record notes and set call back dates. Skills required Recruitment experience is preferred, however not essential. A strong background in Sales or Customer Service. The ability to build great rapport with clients, candidates and colleagues. Excellent communication skills, using the phone, emails and in person. The ability to power through challenges, Recruitment is hard, so you must have the mentality to bounce back and remain focused when times are tough.
