Bodyshop Manager – Bristol
Salary: £45,000 per annum + Bonus

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to take full responsibility for running a busy accident repair centre in Bristol. This is a key leadership role for a hands-on Bodyshop Manager who can drive operational efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service and commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
As a Bodyshop Manager, you will oversee all daily operations of the accident repair centre, from job scheduling to final quality control.
Lead, motivate, and develop the workshop team to achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets as a professional Bodyshop Manager.
Manage workshop budgets, costs, and profitability while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and industry standards.
Liaise with customers, insurers, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth workflow.
Implement and maintain efficient processes to optimise repair times, reduce downtime, and improve overall workshop performance.
What You’ll Need
Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager, Workshop Controller, or similar leadership role within a vehicle body repair environment.
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair processes, materials, and equipment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and workshop profitability.
A proactive, organised approach with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Full UK driving licence.
