Randstad USA seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead optimization across two facilities, driving throughput, scrap reduction, OEE, and recovery on the extrusion floor. Partner with crews to resolve bottlenecks via root-cause analysis, build SOPs, optimize MES/EPICS data, and train staff.
Requirements include a BS in Engineering or equivalent metal extrusion experience, Lean/Six Sigma problem-solving, and a hands-on floor focus.
