Customer Operations Specialist

• Delft, 2-3 days a week on-site
• Up to €60 000 salary (including 13th month + holiday allowance)
• Standard Dutch benefits (with travel / public transport reimbursement)
• Full-time Contract, starting with a 12-months contract, then permanent, as per standard Dutch contract model

5V Tech are supporting a rapidly scaling EV charging company specialising in AC charging solutions with the search for a Customer Operations Specialist to join their growing team in Delft.

You will take ownership of logistics and order management, working closely with management to optimise processes and ensure smooth, accurate delivery operations. You’ll be central to connecting sales, factory, and operations, helping to reduce lead times and improve forecasting accuracy as the business scales across Europe.

• Manage order and delivery processes end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Execute and maintain forecasting data from sales through to factory and operations
• Support initiatives to reduce standard lead times from the factory
• Provide customers with timely order acknowledgements and delivery plans
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution
• Track delivery reliability and performance, presenting updates in monthly reviews
• Oversee stock management and coordination with 3rd party warehouses
• Ensure compliance with company policies and EU regulations

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar order management or operations role
• Experience using SAP or other order management tools
• Process automation experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of or strong interest in the EV charging or clean energy industry
• Prior team or process management experience is a plus
