As part of BDO’s Global Business Services (GBS) division, you will play a central role in coordinating service delivery for an international portfolio of clients. In this fast‑paced, hands‑on position you will manage multiple priorities, communicate proactively, and ensure delivery excellence across payroll, accounting, and compliance services.

The Advisory team delivers value‑led advice across strategy, operations, risk and transactional projects. You will work on complex, high‑impact financial operations and business deals alongside industry experts.

You will work closely with senior managers, directors and partners, building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.

Based in BDO’s Bristol office, you will collaborate in person at least three days a week while staying connected with a global team. Your forte will be coordinating client service across multiple jurisdictions and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

• Client service coordination experience, ideally in professional or financial services
• Experience working with international clients or businesses
• Strong relationship‑building skills with clients, internal teams and overseas providers
• Proactivity and ability to manage and prioritise work
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills, balancing multiple deliverables across clients simultaneously
