Senior Client Insight Analyst

Proactively identify trends and opportunities within our data and translate them into improved commercial performance or client experience

We’re looking for someone who has experience, knowledge and skills in the following areas, however we appreciate that a successful applicant may not necessarily tick all of these areas:

- Knowledge and interest in financial services and products
- Proven background of working in an analytical role Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Google (Big Query), AWS (Redshift), Azure or others

Experience using data analysis languages like Python or R
- Excellent attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills

Prior experience using and building dashboards in a data visualisation tool such as Power

BI, Tableau, Looker or Sigma Previous experience in a commercially focused role
- Familiarity with FCA regulations, particularly Consumer Duty The interview process for this role will be in two stages. The first stage will incorporate a run through of your experience, followed by some technical/ competency-based questions. For successful candidates, the second stage will be a presentation base on a task followed by questions, face-to-face in our Bristol office.

This role is based in our Bristol head office, BS1 5HL
. This is a permanent full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We have returned to the office, however for this role we can offer a hybrid flexible working pattern of working in the office and at home.  dependant on role level   only available to select during our annual benefits window, in November each year Hargreaves Lansdown is the UK's number one platform for private investors.
