• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
• Engaging with decision‑makers across tech, engineering, and manufacturing sectors
• Qualifying leads and booking meetings for senior consultants
• Communicating the value of R&D tax incentives clearly and persuasively
• Working towards and exceeding KPIs

• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
• Year 1 OTE: £35,000–£40,000
