We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to lead a small team in the management of supplier invoice uploads via EDI (Peppol and APRO).
As the team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, ensuring data integrity, and handling any errors or discrepancies that arise. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams—such as Accounts Payable and the EDI team—as well as external suppliers to resolve issues and ensure the smooth flow of financial transactions.
Additionally, you will manage Supplier Statement Reconciliations and monitor EDI traffic to identify and address any gaps in supplier data.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities- Heading a team of three (2+1) responsible for the upload of supplier invoices via EDI (Peppol and APRO). Includes line management HR duties.
- Responsible for error reporting and control. Analyse data, assess reasons and arrange corrections in conjunction with the EDI Team, Accounts Payable, Suppliers and other IVC teams.
- Monitor EDI traffic. Identify and report gaps in supplier‑uploaded data.
- Chase and resolve actions needed to complete the suppliers’ accounts with respect to Supplier Statement Reconciliations.
- Ultimately ensure timely and reliable processing of EDI invoices.
- Experience supervising a small team and engaging with partners within and external to IVC.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to respond quickly to queries and engage with senior stakeholders.
- Good communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Previous use of XELIX, Oracle and BI Reporting.
- Knowledge of PEPPOL.
