About the Role

As Senior Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of driving revenue growth by identifying, securing, and developing new business opportunities. You’ll work at C-suite level, building trusted relationships and translating intricate incentive frameworks into compelling, tailored solutions. This role offers significant autonomy, allowing you to shape strategies and deliver results in a consultative, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and convert new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking
  • Maximise cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to deepen relationships
  • Guide senior stakeholders through a consultative business development cycle
  • Develop bespoke sales strategies aligned to client needs and market trends
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and deliver against revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 3 years’ experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to sell complex solutions and products to senior decision-makers at C-suite level
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Self-motivated, commercially astute, and passionate about exceeding targets
  • Comfortable working independently with a high degree of autonomy
