You'll be someone who can work pro-actively, managing your own tasks, but you'll also be confident collaborating with others, communicating regularly with senior managers, Directors, and BDO's Partners to enable us to serve our clients effectively. You'll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients. Overview Join one of BDO's fastest-growing teams at the heart of our Global Business Services (GBS) divisionan agile, high-performing unit within the Business Services and Outsourcing (BSO) stream.

GBS partners with some of the world's most exciting and complex businesses, delivering seamless outsourced accounting, payroll, and compliance solutions across multiple jurisdictions. Our clients span the technology, life sciences, real estate, and financial services sectors, and typically operate with large, multinational footprints. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Service Delivery Executive to help elevate the client experience and support our ambitious growth plans.

You'll be joining a thriving team led by a senior leadership group of two Partners and four Directors, all committed to innovation, collaboration, and excellence. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll be the linchpin in coordinating service delivery for a portfolio of international clients. You'll need to juggle multiple priorities, communicate confidently, and work proactively to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Your ability to build strong relationships and stay one step ahead will be key to your success. Based in our vibrant Bristol office, you'll be part of a collaborative environment where in-person teamwork is valuedexpect to be in the office at least three days a week, working closely with colleagues who are as passionate about client service as you are.

You'll be someone with:
Client service co-ordination experience, ideally in Professional or Financial Services

Experience of working with international clients/businesses Ability to build strong relationships with clients, internal teams and overseas service providers Proactivity and ability to manage and prioritise work Excellent time management and organisational skills, with experience of balancing multiple deliverables across multiple clients simultaneously You'll be able to be yourself; we'll recognise and value you for who you are and celebrate and reward your contributions to the business.
