As Bid Manager, you’ll play a key role in securing some of the region’s most prestigious schemes. You’ll be based out of the Bristol office, working as part of a collaborative pre-construction team, managing the full bid process from initial enquiry through to submission and handover.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the preparation and delivery of high-quality bids and proposals.

* · Lead bid strategy meetings and coordinate inputs from estimating, design, planning, and commercial teams.

* · Ensure compliance with client requirements and deadlines.

* Produce persuasive, well-structured tender submissions that reflect the company’s brand and values.

* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

About You

* Proven experience as a Bid Manager within a main contractor or Tier 1 construction environment.

* Strong understanding of the full bid and tender process.

* Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills.

* Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.

* A proactive, detail-oriented approach and passion for winning work.
