The Opportunity

Hatched Talent are partnering with a growing residential construction business seeking an experienced Working Site Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality home renovation and extension projects.

This is a hands-on role suited to a wet-trade or carpentry-based multi-trade professional who is ready to take responsibility for site leadership while remaining active on the tools.

The Role

You will play a key role on site, working alongside a motivated and supportive team to deliver projects to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting site operatives and subcontractors
Carrying out multi-trade works across domestic projects
Groundworks and drainage
Landscaping works
Construction of residential extensions
1st and 2nd fix carpentry
Structural alterations involving steelwork
Insulating, boarding, and plastering
Supporting Project Managers and senior management as required
Collecting and transporting materials to site as needed
This is a varied, fast-paced role requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt on site.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

City & Guilds Level 3, SSSTS, or equivalent qualification
Strong background in wet trades or carpentry-based multi-trade work
Proven experience in domestic and residential construction
Full, clean UK driving licence
Own vehicle (van) and full set of tools
Preferred:

10+ years' experience within construction
