Your new role As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of a diverse portfolio of projects, including hotel refurbishments, student accommodation, pubs, and restaurant fit-outs.

Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and managing cost plans, valuations, and final accounts Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate financial control Supporting procurement and tendering processes Monitoring project budgets and reporting on financial performance What you'll need to succeed Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit-out or refurbishment projects Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple packages Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ideally, experience in hospitality or leisure sector projects What you'll get in return Competitive salary around £45,000 (with some flexibility) Opportunity to work on high-profile projects with a leading contractor
