This independent construction consultancy has been delivering cost and project management services for over 50 years. Projects range from £1M to £200M+. Clients include developers, occupiers, and government bodies. They offer a hybrid model, strong APC support, and a close-knit team feel.

We’re looking for a QS from Assistant to Senior level to join our Bristol office. You’ll handle pre‑ and post‑contract work, support or lead projects depending on your experience, work closely with clients, attend meetings, and produce reports. There will also be potential future opportunities to get involved in fund monitoring and EA work. The work is varied and the team is supportive.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Well into your APC, or already MRICS chartered
• JCT and/or NEC experience
• Confident dealing with clients and working in a team
• Want to grow your career in a stable, respected consultancy

• £45,000 – £75,000 depending on experience
• Hybrid working – 3 days in office or on site, 2 from home
• APC support and ongoing CPD
• Discretionary bonus and flexible benefits
