Commercial Assistant

A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Commercial Assistant with immediate effect.

Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor, operating within Commercial New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out / Cut & Carve, Cladding / Facade, and Residential. Project values are typically up to 30M.

This requirement is due to continued regional growth and the award of several new projects for 2026.

My client are ideally looking for a candidate with good Main Contractor or Construction experience. They are happy to consider individuals coming from a Document Control, Assistant Quantity Surveyor, or Commercial Assistant background, as all would have relevance to the role.

Duties will be focussed around Commercial Administration and the use of systems such as COINS.

You will have support in the form of an existing Commercial team, whilst reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Managing Quantity Surveyor.
