Vote Writer

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Vote Writer in Bristol to join our client, a venture-backed, impact-led financial technology firm who partner with the UK's largest investment and pension platforms.

Our client is looking for a Writer to join their team on a temporary basis. The hourly rate is up to £15 per hour and is a hybrid position. To be considered for this role you should have experience as a writer.

Bristol City Centre, hybrid 3 days in the office

Key Responsibilities of a Writer:

Rewriting AGM notices in to readable content for all individuals
Identifying and reading AGM documents to find interesting proposals to write about
Researching topics and summarising content in the brands voice, ensuring it is accessible for users to understand
Supporting the wider team when content has all been written

Key Skills and

Experience of a Writer:

You should be a talented writer with the ability to convert complex issues into compelling, engaging copy
Previous experience with researching, investigating and writing about complex or controversial topics
You should have an understanding of bias and framing effects in writing
Being hard working with a hands-on attitude is required
Experience using Mail Chimp or as a UX writer for a digital platform is desirable
