At Great State we create digital experiences that help brands connect with the next generation. One of our biggest challenges is helping the Royal Navy feel relevant to 16–24 year olds, and that is where you come in.

We’re looking for a Junior Designer (could be your second agency role) who’s curious, creative and ready to grow fast with the support of experienced Lead Designers.

• Designing across social, web, CRM and UI for Gen Z audiences
• Bringing ideas to life in Figma
• Supporting senior creatives by rolling out concepts across multiple formats
• Polishing decks, presentations and client-facing assets
• Sharing inspiration, trends and experimenting with AI and new tools

• Some agency experience under your belt (preferable)
• Confident using Figma
• Strong visual instincts and attention to detail
• Interest in digital culture, social platforms and youth audiences
• Organised, collaborative and keen to learn

You’ll work on meaningful, high-profile projects, get hands-on experience early and be supported to develop your skills without fear of getting things wrong.
