We are looking to add a committed and passionate customer service representative to our team. As our clients’ initial point of contact, you will deliver outstanding support and service in this capacity. Assisting clients with their questions, resolving problems, and guaranteeing a satisfying experience with our financial services will be your main duties. The ideal applicant will have Salesforce experience in addition to good communication and analytical abilities.

• Respond promptly and professionally to consumer questions via chat, email, and phone.
• Give customers thorough information about our financial services and products so they may make wise choices.
• Effectively address customer concerns by determining the problem and offering suitable fixes.
• Use Salesforce to keep precise records of all interactions and transactions with customers.
• Work together as a team to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Analyse customer input to find patterns and opportunities for development.
• Attend training courses to stay current on service procedures and product expertise.

• Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM software is desirable.
• Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to effectively and clearly explain information.
• Strong analytical abilities to determine client demands and offer customised solutions.
• The capacity to perform successfully under duress while keeping a cheerful outlook.
