Hiregiant have an exciting opportunity in Avonmouth, Bristol for a Service Parts Assistant to Join a great team of friendly staff with opportunities to progress.
You will be working for a global supplier based in Avonmouth, this will be an office based role working with a team of customer service, parts advisors.
Hours and Pay- £30,000 to £35,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
- Working Monday to Friday with optional overtime on Saturday.
- Working 40 hours per week between usually starting at 8am.
- Processing calls and emails from customers, service managers and engineers
- Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers, while checking stock availability.
- Using various helpdesk information platforms.
- Producing quotations.
- Using an ERP system to assign stock to orders.
