We are seeking a growth‑hungry and customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle enquiries, process orders, produce quotations, and assist the sales team with various tasks. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a positive attitude will be key to your success in the hard‑working yet rewarding atmosphere at Modsafe!

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and in a timely manner, addressing customer enquiries and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and send quotations to customers based on their requirements.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the sales team by passing on contacts, assisting with requests, and providing administrative support to help achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged and information is up‑to‑date.
  • Perform various administrative duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the sales and customer service departments.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in Sales Administration.

Hours:

7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. The role is based in our Bristol office.
