As a Senior Designer, you'll play a key role in delivering large-scale roofing and cladding projects to the highest industry standards. You'll produce accurate 2D and 3D technical information, lead design meetings, manage key project documentation, and provide quality assurance across the design function-all while supporting and developing junior designers.

Your expertise ensures designs are compliant, coordinated, buildable, and delivered to the exacting standards this business is known for.

What You'll Do

Produce high-quality 2D drawings using AutoCAD and 3D models in Revit.

Create material schedules, technical document packs, and maintain design templates.

Manage project documentation via client portals and BIM
360.

Lead design team meetings and drive coordination across the project team.

Produce and monitor project programmes to maintain delivery to realistic timescales.

Manage and issue key project documents such as constraints lists and delay notices.

Support cost planning with design input during tender stages.

Mentor and upskill junior team members, contributing to ongoing departmental improvement.

What You'll Bring

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Working knowledge of BIM protocol and experience on BIM-compliant projects.

Previous experience delivering large-scale, complex façade or roofing projects.

Excellent attention to detail, technical mindset and strong organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work independently.

Confident communicator with the ability to lead meetings and work collaboratively with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
