Graduate Landscape Architect – Infrastructure – 2026

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assist with high‑quality conceptual, detailed and technical design for landscape and urban spaces.
  • Support multidisciplinary teams across water, transport, energy and environmental sectors.
  • Produce drawings, presentations, specifications, schedules and photomontages.
  • Undertake site surveys and contribute to environmental assessments and improvement schemes.
  • Provide AutoCAD, Revit and graphic support for project delivery.
  • Deliver work to high standards in line with our Quality Management Procedures.
  • Engage with Mott Mac Donald’s Early Careers Professionals Network and attend development events.
Candidate Specification
  • Graduates with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (obtained no earlier than 2024) in Landscape Design or Landscape Architecture.
  • Less than 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements).
  • Motivated, proactive and able to work independently and efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues.
  • Detail‑oriented, structured and analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Genuine interest in Mott Mac Donald’s values, projects and culture; demonstrate relevant experience or interests in your application.
