What you'll be doing:

* Collaborate closely with senior management and clinical teams to deliver exemplary patient care, supporting patients from consultation through to successful treatment.

* Autonomously manage and deliver a range of ophthalmic procedures, including Cataract and YAG Laser Surgery.

* Participate in preoperative and postoperative activities, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

* Engage in audit, research, and management tasks to continually improve service quality.

What we're looking for:

* Full registration and listing on the GMC register.

* Proven track record of success in performing a range of Ophthalmic surgeries.

* UK medical degree and CCST in Ophthalmology or appropriate specialist qualification.

* Commitment to excellent teamwork and a positive attitude towards patient care.
