Oculoplastics Fellowship

The Bristol Eye Hospital (BEH) at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston Foundation Trust (UHBW) is looking to grow its talented team to drive an ambitious future vision of care across Bristol and Weston.

Applications are warmly invited for a fellowship attached to the Oculoplastics service. This post is full‑time for a period of 12 months, ideally commencing from 5thρανth August 2026. Candidates will be provided with subspeciality training in oculo‑plastics, lacrimal and orbital surgery. The post will be based at the BEH with two days a month will be spent at South Bristol Community Hospital.

Applicants should be at the end of their Specialist Registrar grade or equivalent training and UK candidates should ideally already have CTT.

This is a full‑time, fixed‑term post for one year. Alfred advanced sub‑specialty training in Oculoplastics, Orbital and Lacrimal surgery. There is a strong interest in Thyroid Eye disease and the department has Aron collaborations with dermatology, Maxillo‑facial and ENT surgeons. The post will support the team of 3 Oculoplastic Consultants and an oculoplastic nurse specialist. The successful applicant will complement the specialist registrar and TSC fellow and will conted to play an active role in the running of the firm.
