Omega has a fantastic role with a successful engineering client. The successful candidate will monitor, assess, and report on product and process quality, ensuring manufacturing processes are performed correctly and in line with required standards and specifications.

• Facilitate 8D problem‑solving activities for supplier/internal complaints from initial containment through to fix verification.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement activities.
• Support supplier audits and conduct internal audits.

• Degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
• Full knowledge of AS9100 rev D.
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Qualification in an engineering discipline to HNC level or equivalent.
• Experience working within manufacturing and a Quality Engineering function.
• Produced FAIRs to AS9102 rev C.
• Full knowledge of APQP, PPAP, statistical process control, metrology or inspection methods/equipment and the 8D problem‑solving methodology.
