Structural Engineer (3-10 Years Experience) - 2 Vacancies

Salary: £34,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

The Opportunity

Emtech Recruitment is working with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy to recruit two Structural Engineers/Project Engineers (from 3 years' experience up to Senior Engineer level with 10+ years). These roles will involve delivering detailed structural design, analysis and inspections across a variety of project types.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong technical skills, proven project delivery experience and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out detailed structural design and analysis independently.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other design professionals.

Prepare structural calculations and computer models for buildings using materials including masonry, reinforced concrete, steel and timber.

Take ownership of project delivery and client liaison.

Prepare design reports, drawings and contract documentation.

Manage project schedules and ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental standards.

Supervise and mentor junior engineers where required.

Skills & Experience Required

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's).

Chartered Engineer (MICE or MIStruct

E) or working towards Chartership.

3 to 10+ years' UK industry experience.

Proficiency with design software such as TEDDS and Tekla Structural Designer (or similar).

Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.

Eligibility to work in the UK (with the ability to obtain security clearance if required).
