Join a Leading Manufacturing Business in Bristol! We’re recruiting for an Engineering Team Leader to join a well‑established, forward‑thinking manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineering leader or a skilled multi‑skilled maintenance engineer ready to step into a supervisory role.

• Lead and manage a team of up to 5 engineers
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
• Respond to machinery breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime
• Drive continuous improvement and team development
• Report directly to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing engineering environment
• Level 2 or higher qualification in an engineering discipline
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Proactive, positive approach with a focus on improvement
• FMCG experience highly desirable
