We’re looking for an experienced PCB Designer to join our engineering team. You’ll be working on complex RF and high‑speed digital boards
, collaborating closely with design engineers to deliver innovative solutions for mission‑critical projects.

• PCB layout, component placement, and routing for RF and high‑speed digital boards.
• Electronic schematic capture and component library creation.
• Design for manufacturability and testability.
• Prepare manufacturing data and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Roke PCB CAD guidelines and IPC standards (up to Class
  3).

• 5+ years of PCB CAD design experience using Altium Designer
  .
• Multi‑layer PCB design (through holes, blind vias, microvias).
• RF and high‑speed digital boards (including mmWave).
• Balanced high‑speed trace design (impedance, capacitance, spacing).
• Power trace verification and copper distribution.
• Strong knowledge of IPC standards
  : IPC‑A‑600, IPC‑6012, IPC‑A‑610, IPC‑2221.
• Ability to support material selection and stack‑up definition.
• SC Clearance (or ability to obtain).
