, is seeking a Civil Engineer to work on the design of nuclear power plants (Hinkley Point C and Sizewell
C) and future projects in Bristol, United Kingdom.

We are looking for motivated and innovative Civil Engineers to contribute your expertise to the successful delivery of our projects in collaboration with clients, contractors, stakeholders, and project teams.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Complete structural design of new build nuclear structures, including accidental situations such as seismic and blast.
- Coordinate and communicate on complex engineering problems between project stakeholders.
- Provide technical review and respond to site queries and requested changes in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment to support contractor activities on the HPC site.
- Perform analysis of structures within commercial FEM packages (experience using Ansys is beneficial).
- Provide a technical link with reinforcement detailers, also checking detailing models and drawings.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Working towards or recently Chartered with the ICE, IStruct
E, or equivalent experience. - Experience in reinforced concrete calculation and design.
- Familiarity with relevant technical Codes of Practice and Industry Standards (Eurocodes, British Standard, and ETC‑C applicable to HPC/SZC).
- Proactive individual who can work collaboratively within a multicultural team.
- Agile and self‑motivated, focusing on improving personal and team performance and delivering innovative solutions.
- Experience working on major infrastructure projects with a track record of delivering high‑quality work packages on schedule.
- Enjoys new challenges, keen to learn, and willing to take responsibility while supporting others.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry based in the UK, e.g., nuclear.
