Our client is seeking a skilled Hydraulic Modeller to join their growing UK team. This role involves contributing to high-profile UK and US projects, applying innovative, data-driven approaches to hydraulic modelling, and helping shape the next generation of modelling through automation, AI, and machine learning.

Our client is a major American environmental engineering consultancy with a strong reputation in water, wastewater, and stormwater management. They are expanding in the UK, providing opportunities to collaborate with leading hydraulic experts and international teams on large‑scale, high‑impact projects.

• Develop, verify, and optimise hydraulic models using Info Works ICM.
• Undertake model builds, validation, and optioneering to support project delivery.
• Apply programming and scripting (e.g., Ruby, VBA, R, Python) to improve efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the UK and USA on integrated solutions.
• Contribute to innovation in data‑driven modelling and process automation.

• 3–8 years’ experience in hydraulic modelling (consultancy or utility background).
• Strong proficiency in Info Works ICM.
• Competence in one or more programming/scripting languages (Ruby, VBA, R, Python preferred).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
