Senior Town Planner – Bristol
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (DOE)

A well-established, design-led town planning practice is expanding its Bristol team and is looking to appoint a confident, chartered Town Planner to support its continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary studio where planning is integral to shaping projects from the very beginning. Working closely with architects and designers, you will play a key role in guiding schemes through the planning process and delivering high-quality, commercially viable outcomes.

The Role

This position is ideally suited to a planner with experience in private consultancy, although candidates from a public sector background are also encouraged to apply. You will have experience working on strategic land and major planning applications and will be RTPI Chartered, or actively working towards Chartership. A team-focused mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

Beyond project delivery, the role offers exposure to business development, client liaison, and networking opportunities. Senior planners are encouraged to help raise the profile of the practice through professional platforms such as Linked In and to contribute to the wider strategic direction of the business.
