As an Associate Structural Engineer, you’ll lead a skilled and supportive team, managing projects across a variety of sectors including residential, healthcare, education, social housing, and industrial. This role offers you the chance to shape the future of their Structures team in Bristol, working on high-impact projects and contributing directly to the growth and reputation of the business.

We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent leadership and client management skills. You’ll be confident in overseeing projects from initial concept through to completion, mentoring junior engineers, and developing lasting client relationships. • MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
