Programme Integration Scheduler

Overview

• Create and maintain an integrated programme schedule in P6.
• Undertake critical path analysis.
• Manage and report on dependencies and key milestones.
• Drive functional leadership for scheduling within the programme, develop processes and tools to ensure consistent capture and high‑quality, regular reporting of information required for schedule control.
• Support analysis of schedule performance data, advising root‑cause analysis and recommending actions to correct.
• Support the risk management process and build QSRA programmes.

• Leadership skills and technical planning experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Primavera (P6) and project scheduling techniques, with the ability to interrogate third‑party schedules.
• Experience with major programmes/projects containing integrated schedules.
• Experience across all stages of the programme/project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of risk and opportunity management in relation to planning and programming.
• Strong understanding of the events that initiate and the methods used to demonstrate delay or change.

The role is hybrid; 3 days per week will be spent in Abbey Wood. Occasional travel may be required.
