Electrical Design Engineer

Do you want to take a key role at a reputable, Bristol based, Control Systems engineering company? We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to work on a wide variety of projects within the Industrial Automation sector. Were not a copy and paste Engineering company You will be designing new systems, from scratch, for a broad spectrum of industrial applications.

There will be opportunities to learn and develop your skills further we are committed to using the latest technologies and software packages. Dela Control work a number of different industries currently delivering projects in defence, nuclear, FMCG, special purpose machinery, IIoT, packaging, R&D and others. The projects could be anything from hardware design and software generation to full turn-key solutions from concept to commissioning.

As a Design Engineer your skills will be crucial in helping us to develop these projects - the wide variety of jobs we undertake means you will be kept interested on a daily basis. Being located in South Bristol, we are easily commutable from all areas of the city and have free parking available. This role will primarily be office based, however you will occasionally be required to carry out visits to customer sites, engaging constructively with our clients.

Required Skills:

2-6 Years Engineering Experience Competent on EPlan / AutoCAD drawing packages Knowledge safety in systems engineering and working to standards such as BS EN 60204 and BS EN 13849-1 Must have the right to work in the UK Driving Licence The Design Engineer will benefit from: £50 bonus for every day working on site away from the Dela Control office £10 bonus for every overnight stay, if required Guaranteed review of salary within 12 months as your capability grows Sociable work environment Bristol based office Training & Development (Internal & external) Flexible hours Monday Friday (40hr/week, inc.
