Senior Personal Banker – Part‑Time (17.5 hrs/week)

Salary: £26,350 per annum, pro rata.

Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, both face‑to‑face and virtually, and promote the benefits of Nat West’s digital services to enhance their banking experience.

• Deliver confidential banking advice and support customers via video banking from home or in‑branch face‑to‑face.
• Conduct Financial Health checks and review customer accounts to identify opportunities to meet their needs.
• Identify products and services that are the right fit for customers, including mortgages, private banking, business banking and protection.
• Carry out outbound care calls to grow and maintain the relationship.

• Experience working in a customer‑service environment and delivering high customer satisfaction under pressure.
• Proven ability to coach a branch team to acquire, grow and retain quality customer relationships through regular care calls.
• Strong rapport and trust building with customers in both face‑to‑face and virtual environments, and ability to advise on the right options for their circumstances.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning and organisational skills.
