Your Role As a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Secure Government practices.
You'll work closely with Practice Managers, Operations, and the wider Finance team to ensure robust financial management and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Practice Managers to monitor performance metrics (productivity, booking volumes, returns).Manage overhead bookings, accruals, and prepayments.Deliver insightful month-end management accounts with analysis and commentary.Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.Contribute to financial model development and project work.Build your Secure Government business acumen through training and knowledge sharing.What We're Looking For
Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent).Strong technical accounting knowledge.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros).Excellent interpersonal skills - confident working with finance and non-finance stakeholders.Collaborative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.Experience with Oracle and knowledge of Atkins
