Your new role A well established and fast growing business based near Bishop Sutton is looking for a proactive and detail driven Credit Administrator to join its busy finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

What you'll be doing

• Managing customer accounts, ensuring payments are received on time
• Monitoring credit limits and assessing credit risk
• Investigating and resolving account queries efficiently
• Allocating payments and maintaining accurate financial records
• Working closely with the sales and finance teams to support smooth account management
• Providing excellent customer service by phone and email

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in credit control, accounts administration, or a similar finance role
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
• Good IT skills, including experience with accounting or CRM systems
