This is an exciting opportunity to work in our Award‑Winning mental health residential home in Brislington.

Tramways is a residential home in the Brislington area of Bristol, providing a recovery service for fourteen people with complex mental health needs. The people we support are encouraged to maintain their skills and independence and are involved in decision‑making in the home as much as possible.

We are keen to recruit a motivated, innovative and passionate person to join our team of night staff and help make a significant difference to the lives of the people we support by working with them to gain or recapture skills and experiences so they can live the fulfilled life they choose.

Staff at Tramways offer one‑to‑one support to each person and each resident has their own person‑centred care and support plans.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide one‑to‑one support to residents in line with their care plans.
  • Assist residents in developing and maintaining skills and independence.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, service users and stakeholders.
  • Support residents in decision‑making processes within the home.

Qualifications & skills:

  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Team‑player with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with service users and stakeholders.
