Rizq Recruit is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join a well-established, small, friendly home with a strong family ethos. With a GOOD CQC rating, this family-run residential care home provides high-quality, person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment to work in.

Due to the retirement of their current manager, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead the home into its next chapter

Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:

* Support daily operations to deliver safe, high-quality, compliant care

* Assist with staff recruitment, development, and rota management

* Help manage resident admissions, care planning, and wellbeing

* Support health and safety, budgets, and stakeholder communication

Requirements as a Registered Manager:

* Senior management experience in a care or residential setting, preferably elderly or dementia care

* Level 5 Leadership/Care Management qualification (desirable)
