About the Role

As the Service Manager
, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of supported living services for adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions
.

You will lead and develop your teams, ensure compliance with CQC standards, and drive a culture of dignity, empowerment, and independence for the people we support.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and manage staff teams across supported living services.
  • Ensure all services operate in line with CQC regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee care planning
    , risk assessments, and person-centred support delivery.
  • Manage service budgets and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Support with recruitment, training, and staff development initiatives.
  • Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and local authorities.
  • Monitor quality and implement continuous improvement plans.
  • Take part in on‑call management as required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a management role within supported living or complex care.
  • Proven experience supporting adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, or mental health
    .
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites or services effectively.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
