The U.K. Talent Attraction Team is responsible for promoting Airbus’ employer brand and driving recruitment. We create and implement digital marketing, brand management, public relations, and candidate outreach strategies through campus engagement, advertising, career fairs, and other media.

As a V.I.E you will contribute to the organization and execution of career fairs, support the development of recruitment campaigns across digital and out‑of‑home platforms, and assist in various activities that attract top talent to Airbus.

What will you be doing?
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Employment Marketing teams to plan, coordinate, and execute university career fairs and related events.
  • Assist in the logistical arrangements, including booth set‑up, collateral preparation, and event registration management.
  • Engage with prospective candidates, provide information about Airbus, and gather and analyze feedback and data from career fairs to improve future recruitment strategies.
  • Support the talent acquisition team in sourcing potential candidates through online channels such as Linked In and job boards.
  • Assist with the initial screening process by reviewing CVs and applications to help create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate the recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews and maintaining communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Workday.
  • Support the development and implementation of recruitment advertising campaigns across digital and out‑of‑home media channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create compelling campaign materials and monitor campaign performance.
  • Assist in the execution of employer branding strategies and content creation for employment marketing channels such as social media and the careers website.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in employment marketing.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in HR, marketing, business administration, public affairs, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Tik Tok).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Knowledge of the aerospace industry and a passion for aviation is desirable.
