Senior Recruitment Consultant

Project Start Recruitment are a fast growing, independent recruitment organisation based in North Bristol. We have grown our team of experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants and are looking for our next team member.

Due to our growth, we have successfully grown the division, gaining a number of large clients, providing excellent revenue streams and are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the team and take a lead on these accounts .

What you will be doing:

Sourcing a wide range of technical engineering candidates from an in-house cloud based CRM, a number of leading job boards and social media / digital marketing platforms / recruiter Linked In membership.

Video interviewing, qualifying, registering and checking suitable candidates for vacancies opportunities.

Full 360 client management duties; visits, relationship building, requirement capturing, partnership management, meetings and video conferencing.

The role will be placing a wide engineer, supervisor, managers and senior appointment executive candidates into permanent and contract positions.

Arranging client meetings

You will need to possess:

Excellent communication skills

Confidentially negotiating commercial terms

Proven Account Management experience

Great client relationship management

Capability to coach and guide others

Strong telephone skills

Results driven, hungry to succeed and respond well to weekly KPIS and targets set.

Excellent verbally and written skills and be presentable at all times.

Willingness to learn, develop your knowledge base and research for clients and candidates.

Punctual, reliable, dedicated and hard working.

Natural energy and drive

Ability to think outside of the box

Be creative with candidate attraction

We are offering a salary ranging from £30k - £33k basic salary + commission + benefits and many perks, and warm clients with established relationships for you to work with. If you have experience in the recruitment industry we will be keen to hear from you.
