🍎A newly created People Partner role within a values-led, employee-owned organisation making a genuine impact in the environmental sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping people strategy during an exciting period of growth and change.

📌 Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert advice on UK employment law, HR policy, and best practice

* Manage a varied ER caseload (absence, performance, probation, disciplinaries)

* Coach managers through formal and informal people processes

* Support EDI initiatives, inclusive practices, and reasonable adjustments

* Partner with leaders to deliver proactive, people-focused solutions

* Contribute to wellbeing, engagement, and employee experience initiatives

* Analyse people data, produce insights, and support reporting improvements

👤 What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in an HR advisory, generalist, or business partnering role

* Strong ER case management experience end-to-end

* Excellent working knowledge of UK employment law

* Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills

* Experience supporting EDI initiatives and wellbeing practices

* Comfortable working with HR systems and people data

* Highly organised, collaborative, and proactive

* Genuine interest in environmental, sustainability, or purpose-driven sectors
