Technical Consultant; client facing

We are Cegedim Insurance Solutions, a global leader in international insurance software solutions.

Our Technical Services Consultant roleencompasses two main activities:
Technical Consulting for both on premise andon cloud Clients, and Configuration, Deployment and Technical Monitoring forour Clients in cegedim.cloud.

Working aspartof a joint Cegedim/client team, this client facing role is a mixture ofworking from home, working on client sites and at our central Bristoloffice.

• Provide technical consultancy to clients and inside the organisation in the deployment and usage of our software
• Define the technical architecture for the integration of oursoftware within Client and 3rd party strategic partners ecosystems.
  
  This includes defining Integration Strategy, completing gaps analysis,interface design, security analysis and software selection
• Plan, implement and manage data migration activities from clientexisting systems / applications
• Define infrastructure architecture for implementation projects on-premiseand on SaaS for software, hardware, and network requirements
• Participate in implementation projects, owning technical work-streamsincluding liaison with clients on their development and infrastructureactivities.
• Understanding and supporting smooth release delivery and installations for clients
• Deploy and Configure Actisure and IDHP releases in our cloud environments, using deployment and configuration tools released by the Head of Cloud
• With the Technical Services Manager, identify the Cloud and On Premise requirements for Configuration, Deploymentand Monitoring tools
