###  What you bring Multi-country HR Business Partnering experience and
** cultural fluency
** across EMEA. Proven experience using
** data to influence business decisions**. A track record of
** commercial partnership
** with operational or functional leaders. The ability to use
** AI as your thinking partner**, leveraging it for insight, strategy, and efficiency. Thrive in
** fast-paced, ever-evolving environments** - where others see uncertainty, you see possibility. A self-driven mindset with
** results in your DNA.
** A
** modern view of HR**: strategic, analytical, and commercially sharp.
